Chloe Doerge is the founder and creative director of her namesake Palm Beach design house. She leads the creative vision across every project, from florals and celebrations to brand development, original art and documentary storytelling.

Chloe founded Botanical Bliss, the luxury floral and event design company she built over a decade, and later led the Design Studio at The Breakers Palm Beach. As co-founder of New Waters Recovery, she shaped the design of its 30,000-square-foot facility around beauty, dignity and care.

Guided by her faith and a lifelong love of nature, she brings an artist’s eye, a founder’s instinct and a flair for the unexpected to every collaboration.

Graham Doerge brings more than fifteen years of entrepreneurial and executive experience to the business side of creative enterprise. His background spans business development, operations, strategic partnerships and the practical work of turning an ambitious concept into an established organization.

As co-founder and former CEO of New Waters Recovery, Graham helped bring a complex healthcare venture from concept to operation, combining team development, organizational planning and relationship building. His experience working with founders, investors and business leaders gives him a grounded understanding of what it takes to launch, operate and grow a company.

Working alongside Chloe, Graham brings a complementary business perspective to new ventures and special projects—helping clarify opportunities, establish priorities and connect creative ambition with a practical path forward.

Nicola Demko brings a background in business development, founder support and relationship building to Chloe Doerge. Previously Head of Business Development and Recruitment at Venture Miami, she worked with entrepreneurs, investors and regional organizations to connect ideas with the people and resources needed to move them forward.

At Chloe Doerge, Nicola handles event planning and coordination, working alongside Chloe to translate her creative vision into thoughtfully orchestrated celebrations, brand launches and private gatherings. She also supports startup development and strategic collaborations, helping founders clarify next steps and connect with relevant expertise. Her work brings together the practical details and personal relationships that turn an ambitious idea into a memorable experience.
